In the case of birth, there are two general principles of soil and blood, which consider the soil principle of citizenship of the child to be due to the place of birth, but the blood principle of citizenship of the child ( regardless of the place of birth ) is due to the citizenship of the parents. Now in immigration to Armenia by birth, the country has accepted the principle of blood, that is, it grants Armenian citizenship regardless of the place of birth of the child. If you are the spouse of an Armenian citizen, you are allowed to apply for residence in Armenia, provided that it has been two years since your official marriage and that you have resided in Armenia for at least 365 days during this two-year period or have a common child who is an Armenian citizen. In addition, before your application to obtain Armenian residency is accepted, you must take the Armenian constitutional test, which is a simple multiple choice test with 33 questions, and you must answer only 17 questions correctly. Since you are exempt from learning Armenian, you can give the test to a foreign language and have a translator present to provide you with questions.

Applicants who intend to immigrate to Armenia and want to apply for a visa other than a student, work, investment and other visa can, for example, enter Armenia by enrolling in professional art courses or in an association or in a professional job, through which they can obtain a residence permit in the country. Immigration to Armenia and obtaining residency and citizenship in Armenia
On the way to Armenia, you should know that the temporary residence of Armenia is one year and can be extended for the same period every time. Citizenship of Armenia may be granted to persons who have provided services to the Republic of Armenia without any requirement to exist.
